Reed Exhibitions has reorganized the halls and ALUMINUM will in 2022 be arranged in halls 1 -7 on the fair ground in Düsseldorf.

 

THE BOOTH

We have booked an area of ​​209 sqm in the middle of hall 6, the hall for primary production. Alba, Pyrotek and Rio Tinto are in the immediate vicinity. The stand is 11 m x 9 m and has 4 open sides to the public and has 10 individual areas from 12 sqm to 30.5 sqm. In the middle of the stand is a common storage room and kitchen. The partitions between the exhibitors are 3 m wide and stand freely against the corridor area. Closest to the common area in the middle is the free passage.

 

The individual areas are equipped as follows:

 

12 - 13.5 sqm: 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 information desk, 1 brochure stand, trash can, a double socket. 1 logo at the top of the partition.

 

15 - 24 sqm: 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 standing table and 4 bar stools, 1 information desk, 1 brochure stand, trash can, a double socket. 1 logo at the top of the partition.

 

30.5 sqm: 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 standing table and 4 bar stools, 1 information desk, 1 brochure stand, trash can, a double socket. 1 logo at the top of the partition. Separate meeting room with 1 table and 2 chairs.

 

PRICES

 

Stand rental: NOK 8,900 per sqm

 

The price includes: Rental of floor space, installation as on sketches, dismantling, exhibitor insurance as described in the organizer's "Special Exhibition Terms and Conditions" §9, decoration as illustrated, raised floor and carpet, common lighting, electrical installation and power connection, power consumption, daily cleaning , storage room and kitchen, kitchen service at the fair, internet, project management.

 

Registration fee: NOK 7,000

 

Mandatory marketing package: NOK 10,900

Mandatory marketing package includes:

2 exhibitor passes. Entry in alphabetical register and under 5 product groups, as well as in the interactive hall map, both online and on paper. The exhibitor profile includes a company description of up to 3000 characters online and 500 characters on paper.

 

Extras, not included:

TV screens and other AV equipment, individual graphics, transport and insurance of the exhibitors' own products and equipment. Design of the individual areas.

 

Deadline for registration:   1 January 2022.

 

The registrations are processed according to the first come first served principle.

Payment terms:

Registration fee and 10% of the rent is due for payment on 20 January 2022. 50% is due for payment on 1 May 2022. 40% is due for payment on 15 August 2022.
